Off Franklin Productions is a film and television production company founded by Emmy Award–winning writers and showrunners Jeffrey Addiss and Will Matthews.

Known for emotionally grounded storytelling, ambitious worldbuilding, and character-driven genre work, the company develops original projects across television, film, and animation.

Together, Addiss and Matthews co-created the acclaimed Netflix series The Boroughs and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and have developed and sold projects to major studios and networks including ABC, FOX, FX, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, and Paramount Pictures. Their feature credits include The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim and Life in a Year.
